At FloraFuel, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return & Refund Window
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be shipped back before processing a refund.
- Items sent without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@womaneva.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@womaneva.com.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@womaneva.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
