FloraFuel may offer a mobile messaging program, which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
To opt out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. For support, reply HELP or email us at support@myflorafuel.com.
Participation requires a wireless device, SMS-enabled service, and you must be at least 13 years old or have permission from a legal guardian if under 18.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 365-day return policy. You have 365 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund. Items must be shipped back before processing a refund. Items sent without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) & Reseller Terms
Reselling FloraFuel products is only permitted on your own business website. Resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is strictly prohibited. Violators will receive a cease and desist within 24 hours and may face legal action under Delaware law if non-compliant within 96 hours.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, store, and share certain content ("Content"). You are responsible for any Content you post and must ensure you have the right to do so. By posting Content, you grant us the right to use and share it within the platform.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.
